Sis, You Ain’t Been crap Either

I’ve been having some tough conversations with myself lately.

As a woman—an adult—I’ve come to realize that life didn’t just throw me curveballs… a good number of them were thrown by me.

Real accountability? It’s facing the truth about yourself with zero excuses. I had to admit that I wanted the world to give me grace, empathy, and understanding for choices I made. But then I noticed something: the same grace often extended to women isn’t always given to men.

Men make the same decisions I did, and they’re instantly labeled. That hit me hard. And in that moment of truth, I had to look in the mirror and say, “Girl… you ain’t been crap either.” 🤣

Right now, I’m deep in a season of healing and accountability. No fluff, no excuses—just reality.

People love to call me “wise,” but here’s the thing—what’s wisdom if your emotions still run the show? Wisdom without action is just nice wordplay.

Don’t mind me… Big Telle is healing.

And maybe, just maybe, a woman searching for answers will read this and find the courage to face herself too. 💭✨
