“Inspiring Change and empowering lives, One Conversation at a Time”

Here at Telle Talks, we believe in the power of words, faith, and intentional action.

Telle Talks was created to be a space where honest conversations lead to healing, growth, and meaningful change. Whether you are navigating personal healing, strengthening your family, or working to break unhealthy patterns, our goal is to provide encouragement, practical tools, and a safe space to move forward with intention.

Through trauma-informed speaking, transformative workshops, youth and family advocacy, and faith-centered conversations, Telle Talks equips individuals and families with tools to better understand their experiences, strengthen relationships, and create healthier patterns for themselves and the generations that follow.

Because healing isn't simply about what happened in the past. It's about what we choose to do next.

FAITH. HEALING. TRANSFORMATION.

Just as the sun rises each day bringing light and new possibilities, we believe every person has the opportunity to begin again.

The mountains we encounter may represent pain, trauma, fear, unhealthy patterns, or circumstances that seem impossible to overcome. But our faith reminds us that mountains can move.

“Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.” — Mark 11:23

For Telle Talks, that message is about more than speaking words. It's about pairing faith with healing, awareness with action, and intention with change.

Healing begins with a choice—the choice to no longer allow past pain to define or limit what comes next.

And that is what Telle Talks is here to encourage:

Healing.
Evolving.
Breaking Cycles.

“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”

-Maya Angelou

WHY HEALING MATTERS

I believe in the power of healing.

Healing is the process of becoming whole, restoring what has been broken, and creating a healthier version of ourselves. Nearly everyone experiences pain or trauma in some form—whether through loss, rejection, abuse, neglect, disappointment, or life-changing experiences that shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world around us.

When trauma goes unaddressed, it can keep us stuck in patterns of pain and survival, quietly influencing our decisions, relationships, and overall well-being.

This is why healing matters.

Healing gives us the opportunity to reclaim our strength, restore balance, and take ownership of our lives. It allows us to move beyond simply surviving and begin truly living.

When I gave myself permission to heal, everything changed. Through faith, self-reflection, therapy, and intentional growth, I became the woman I needed as a little girl—someone who understood her worth, embraced her voice, and no longer needed the validation of others to define her value.

Today, I use both my personal journey and professional experience to encourage others as they begin their own healing journeys. My desire is to help individuals, families, and communities recognize that healing is possible, growth is attainable, and unhealthy cycles can be broken.

“Because healing isn't just about recovering from what happened to you—it's about becoming who you were always meant to be.”
